Prohibited: unauthorized access or scanning; exploitation attempts; excessive automation (bots, scrapers) that overload systems; bypassing security controls.

Prohibited: impersonation of staff or users; distribution of false or misleading information; malware or phishing; defamatory, obscene, or hateful content; harassment, spam, or pyramid schemes.

6. Prohibited Uses: Token and DeFi Misuse

Prohibited: exploiting smart contracts; pump-and-dump or wash trading; using mixers/tumblers to obfuscate funds; activities intended to manipulate markets.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, revocation of community/API privileges, removal of violating content, and cooperation with law enforcement.

8. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations to hello@MagixFi.io with details (screenshots, wallet addresses, timestamps) to assist compliance and security teams.

9. Updates to This Policy
